The Transpac now lies with the bow at 110' and the stern at 295' It stands pretty much on a 80 degree angle. It was built in the Burton Shipyard in Texas in 1968. Her original name was "Moose" She worked as a offshore vessel, then was later converted into a trawler.
The Transpac sunk November 22 1986 after a collision with the Summer Sky.
